I’m Carol Millar, a career and life coach. My focus is working with teenagers and young adults who are looking for guidance in making what is one of the most important decisions they will ever make: choosing a career.
Career coaching involves helping young adults find what they’re passionate about, what they love to do, and what they’re good at; and then helping them develop a plan of how to achieve their goals.
I am also involved in parent coaching, particularly for parents of young adults who’re about to leave home; and coaching children and adults who have learning difficulties.
World class gymnastics coaching programme for boys and girls ages 3 and up, including adult classes; recreational to competitive levels. Monday to Thursday.
